The International Journal of Cultural Heritage Informatics (IJCHI) focuses on interdisciplinary research that integrates cultural heritage studies and information technology. The journal provides a scholarly platform for the dissemination of theoretical, methodological, and applied research aimed at preserving, managing, analyzing, and enhancing access to cultural heritage through digital and computational approaches.
IJCHI welcomes original research articles, review papers, and case studies covering, but not limited to, the following topics:
Digital documentation and preservation of cultural heritage
Cultural heritage informatics and information systems
Semantic technologies, ontologies, and knowledge representation for heritage data
Artificial intelligence and machine learning applications in cultural heritage

Geographic Information Systems (GIS) for cultural heritage management

The journal encourages contributions that address local, national, and global cultural heritage challenges using innovative and sustainable informatics solutions.
